System Requirements
The BA Kit is a Software as a Service (SaaS) application that is accessed via the Internet. We host the application and your data on our servers. All you need is a web connection and a modern browser.
We support FireFox, IE7+ and Safari.
JavaScript must be enabled in your browser to fully utilise all the features within The BA Kit and to ensure its usability.
Security
Your data is important to us. The BA Kit has been designed to keep client information safe, secure and confidential. Each client is allocated their own database which is backed-up independent of other systems. Confidential information held by The BA Kit is stored on secure servers that we manage.
Measures we take to protect your information:
- We use 128 bit SSL encryption, the same that banks use
- Our databases are backed up every 15 minutes and replicated to secure locations every night
- Our servers are hosted at a secure data centre in New Zealand
- Only a select few authorised personnel have access to the servers.
Your Content
We understand that organisations have different requirements for managing documents. Whether you have an intranet, EDRMS, file share, or all of the above, The BA Kit allows you to access your information just like it was part of the system. You have the option to either upload a document or create a link to a locally stored document.
