For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the terms “Services”, “System Manager” and “Your Data” shall have the meaning given to them in The BA Kit Terms of Use.

1.       Purpose

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to let users of the www.thebakit.com website (“The BA Kit Website”) know when we collect personal information and what we do with it. We do not use, share or transfer personal information except as set out in this policy.

Note: The BA Kit does not store your credit card information. Your credit card details are collected by Direct Payment Solutions Ltd, and are subject to their privacy policy.

The BA Kit Website can be viewed without the need to disclose any personal information to us.

Personal information that you provide will be held by The BA Kit. In addition, Your Data will be hosted by a third party hosting provider and we use a third party provider when sending out our eNewsletter.

The BA Kit Website generates cookies for users who are signed in to use the Services. You can change the settings on your browser to delete any cookies. However, if you do not accept cookies the Services will not function properly.

If you are signed up to the Services, you and the System Manager of the account under which you obtained your account are able to access and change your contact information.

You have the right to access and to request correction of any of your personal information provided to us in connection with your use of The BA Kit Website. If you would like to see the personal information relating to you that we have stored, or to request correction of such personal information, or if you have any concerns regarding your privacy, please contact us at support@thebakit.com. We may require proof of your identity before being able to provide you with any personal information.
